Make a Difference
We are committed to helping students reach their potential through higher education. The sole purpose for this run is to provide scholarships for valley High School Seniors. There is no staff or salaries - just volunteers. Our only overhead is the race expenses (race director, T-shirts, medals…). For these we rely, in good faith, on the generosity of this community to provide.
From the generous donations we receive we put together a wonderful event each year -- great for families and friends to attend -- perfect for serious runners, avid walkers, young and old alike. A good time is had by all. In turn, your donations are multiplied. The proceeds from the race go to students seeking to improve themselves. By improving themselves in the long run they improve this community. And helping to improve this community one student at a time is really what this is all about.
We hope that you will contribute to the Dream Run in any way possible. Below is a list of the items that we need in order of importance:
- Financial Contributions - ($$)
- Raffle Items - (airline tickets, TV, Gift Certificate, Gift Basket …)
- Snacks for the Refreshment Table -(fruit, power bars, bottled water)
- Volunteers
As a Dream Run sponsor you will receive:
- your company name/logo will appear on our marketing materials including race shirts, flyers (approximately 1000 or more will be distributed), posters,
- your company name on our website and a link to your website if provided.
- Race packet with a T-shirt and complimentary entry form to be used by you or any employee you'd like to have represent your company in the race.
